PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER

A keen interest in plants and the outdoors lead Blythe to Cornell University where she graduated in 2005 with a degree in landscape architecture. She began her career in the design/build industry where she learned construction techniques, on the job decision making, and how to get her boots muddy. In 2010 Blythe founded Yost Design as well as Hudson House & Garden, a sister installation company. Together with several cofounders, in 2019 Blythe founded Tilly, an online landscape platform serving clients nationwide. Blythe is a registered landscape architect in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

LANDSCAPE DESIGNER/PROJECT MANAGER

Jessica has a BS in Environmental Planning/Landscape Architecture from Rutgers University and has over 20 years of experience as a landscape designer & project manager. She has extensive experience in managing everything from design, installation through ongoing maintenance. Jessica approaches all her designs with all the different users in mind.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Zoe has been working at Yost Design since she graduated from Cornell University in 2015 with a BS in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Horticulture. Zoe owes her appreciation of landscape to her family’s many trips spent hiking and exploring National Parks all over the US. Zoe is a registered landscape architect in New York State.

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Deborah brings innovation and technology to Yost Design. She finds creative solutions to challenges and maintains order and tempo within the firm.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Andrew’s love for the outdoors and the game of golf prompted him to earn a degree where he can balance nature, beauty, and artistry by utilizing today’s vast array of different technologies. After receiving his BS in Landscape Architecture from Temple University in ’17, he returned to his community and has been improving residences all around the Tri-State area.
